The final day of the Europe Qualifiers for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup was nothing short of dramatic, with all four competing teams still in contention heading into the last two matches. In the end, it was the Netherlands and Italy who emerged victorious, securing their spots at the 2026 edition of the marquee tournament.
For Italy, this marks a historic moment — their first-ever qualification for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
As of 11 July 2025, a total of 15 teams have qualified for the 2026 tournament. Three more teams will join from the Asia-East Asia Pacific (EAP) Qualifier, while two more will advance from the Africa Qualifier.
