Sri Lanka Police today advised customers of banks not to share their One Time Passwords (OTP) provided by banks with any third parties under any circumstances.

This follows a series of financial scams where individuals were duped into revealing their OTPs, leading to significant financial losses.

Authorities emphasize that banks will never ask for OTPs, and the public must remain to protect their financial security.
