National People’s Power (NPP) led by Anura Kumara Dissanayake held its May Day rally at Galle Face Green attended by large crowds.

It was reported that nearly a quarter million Government supporters attended the National People’s Power (NPP) May Day rally.

It was learnt that 5,532 buses provided transport facilities to the event.
